DePoala Mushrooms, near Ulster Landing, NY. November 14, 2008.

    In addition to the abandoned mushroom farm featured here, I have photographed at least two other distinct mushroom farms in the Hudson Valley bearing similar architecture. DePoala Mushrooms (above), between Lake Katrine and Saugerties, seemed to be an active concern in 2008. The abandoned mushroom farm at Malden (below), was demolished not long after I took these photographs on Christmas Day, 2007.
